This delicious and hearty lasagna is a perfect choice for a family dinner or gathering with friends. It combines flavorful ground beef, cheese, and a rich tomato sauce.

Ingredients

- 1 bell pepper
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 2 dl triple cheese cream mix
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 beef broth cubes and water
- 1 can regular crushed tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour (heaping)
- Canola oil for frying
- 1 can herb-infused crushed tomatoes
- Lasagna sheets
- 2 large onions
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 8 dl milk
- Chili powder to taste
- 700 g ground beef
- Grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Soy sauce

Instructions

1. Peel and chop the onions and bell pepper.
2. Heat canola oil in a large skillet and add the onions and bell pepper. Sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, chili powder, and soy sauce.
4. Stir in the regular crushed tomatoes and herb-infused crushed tomatoes. Mix well.
5. Add the beef broth cubes and enough water to achieve the desired sauce consistency. Let simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
6. Prepare the cheese sauce: melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour, and mix. Gradually add the milk and stir until the sauce thickens. Mix in the triple cheese cream.
7. Grease a baking dish and layer lasagna sheets at the bottom. Top with a layer of meat sauce and cheese sauce. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Finish with cheese sauce and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
9. Let rest for a moment before serving.
