Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 dl sugar
- 1 dl oil
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- Nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
2. Mash the bananas in a bowl and add sugar, oil, and milk. Mix well.
3. Add the eggs and vanilla sugar, and stir until smooth.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
5. Gently mix the dry ingredients into the banana mixture. If desired, fold in nuts or chocolate chips.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
7. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy your moist banana cake!
