Decadent Chocolate Swiss Roll

Ingredients:
- 9 eggs
- 4.5 g sugar
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 20 g butter (for greasing)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat until the mixture is glossy.
3. Gently fold the egg yolks into the egg white mixture until well combined.
4. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Sift this dry mixture into the egg mixture and fold carefully to combine.
5. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking tray and smooth the surface.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the surface is firm and dry.
7. Remove from the oven and turn the roll out onto a clean sheet of parchment paper. Carefully peel off the parchment paper used for baking.
8. Melt the milk chocolate and butter together in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
9. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the surface of the roll. Using the parchment paper, roll the cake tightly into a log shape.
10. Allow to cool before serving. Optionally, decorate before serving.
