- 4 burger buns
- 200 g cooked beetroot, grated
- 150 g goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg)
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. In a bowl, mix grated beetroot, goat cheese, sour cream, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Form the mixture into four patties and fry them in the pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
4. Lightly toast the burger buns.
