Reindeer Soup with Thyme Oil and Orange Marmalade

Ingredients:
- 400 g reindeer meat (e.g., sautéed reindeer)- 1 liter of water
- 2 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
- 100 ml thyme oil
- 100 ml orange marmalade
- Croutons for serving
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic.2. In a pot, heat the water and add the reindeer meat. Boil for about 10 minutes.
3. Add the chopped vegetables to the pot and cook until they are tender.
4. Stir in the cream, salt, black pepper, and thyme. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
5. Serve the soup in bowls and garnish with thyme oil, orange marmalade, and croutons.
