Description: A delicious and easy dish made with leftover pasta, sautéed vegetables, and topped with cheese. Perfect for a quick meal! Preparation Time: 25 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- Leftover cooked pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 150 g ham or any protein of your choice, diced
- 200 ml cream or vegetable broth
- 100 g cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and crushed garlic, sauté until soft.
3. Add diced bell pepper and zucchini, continue to sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add ham or your chosen protein, mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and combine all the ingredients.
6. Pour cream or vegetable broth over the mixture and stir. Heat until it starts to bubble.
7. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and stir until the cheese melts.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
