Ingredients:
- 2 dl buckwheat flour
- 1 dl wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 dl milk
- 1 dl buttermilk
- 1 packet of dry yeast (11 g)
- 2 eggs
- 50 g butter (for frying)
- Fish roe
- Sour cream (for serving)
- Fresh dill (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together buckwheat flour, wheat flour, salt, and sugar.
2. Add milk, buttermilk, and dry yeast. Stir until a smooth batter forms.
3. Incorporate the eggs and mix well. Allow the batter to rest for about 30 minutes.
4. Heat a blini pan and add butter. Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan and fry the blinis on both sides until golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve the blinis topped with fish roe, accompanied by sour cream, and garnished with fresh dill.
