A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti (200g)
- Olive oil (4 tablespoons)
- Garlic (4 cloves, thinly sliced)
- Red chili flakes (1 teaspoon)
- Fresh parsley (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- Parmesan cheese (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until golden brown, being careful not to burn it.
3. Add the red chili flakes and sauté for an additional 30 seconds.
4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing it in the garlic oil. If it seems dry, add a little reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.
5. Stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt to taste.
6. Serve hot, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
