Italian Tuna Casserole

A comforting and delicious casserole combining pasta, tuna, and crispy bacon, topped with cheese. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g spaghetti
- Salt
- Water
- 1 can (200 g) tuna
- 2 dl milk
- 1-2 onions
- 1½ dl cream
- 100 g bacon
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 tomatoes
- Chopped parsley
- 2 dl grated cheese
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until just al dente according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain.
2. Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until golden brown.
3. Chop the onions and add them to the pan with the bacon. Cook until the onions are soft.
4. In a bowl, mix together the tuna, milk, cream, egg, flour, chopped tomatoes, and parsley. Stir in the cooked bacon and onions.
5. Gently combine the spaghetti with the filling mixture.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
8. Let it cool for a moment before serving. Enjoy!
