A delicious and filling Eastern Turkey Salad made quickly with cooked turkey products. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 300 g cooked turkey meat - 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 150 g mixed salad greens
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Dice the cooked turkey meat and place it in a large bowl. 2. Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion into small pieces and add them to the turkey.
3. Add the mixed salad greens and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then pour over the salad.
5. Season with salt and pepper, and toss all the ingredients well to combine.
6. Serve the salad garnished with fresh parsley.
