A delicious turkey pie filled with vegetables and creamy goodness.

Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Snellman turkey strips
- 1 leek
- 1 bell pepper
- 125 g butter
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl heavy cream
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 175 g grated Emmental cheese
Instructions:
1. Prepare the pie crust: Rub the room-temperature butter into the flour until crumbly. Add the cold water and mix until a smooth dough forms.
2. Press the dough into a pie dish, leaving some over the edge. Chill in the refrigerator for a while.
3. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Bake the crust in the oven for about 10 minutes.
4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, and milk. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Chop the leek and bell pepper into small pieces. Spread them over the baked pie crust.
6. Add the turkey strips and pour the egg mixture on top.
7. Sprinkle the grated Emmental cheese over the surface.
8. Bake the pie in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
9. Let it cool slightly before serving.
