Spiced Pork Chops with Creamy Sage Sauce

Ingredients:
- 800 g pork loin chops
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 200 g bacon
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl Bacardi Oakheart Spiced Rum
- 10-15 sage leaves
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
1. Season the pork loin chops with salt and black pepper.
2. Heat a skillet and melt some butter in it.
3. Sear the pork chops in the hot skillet until they develop a nice brown crust.
4. Wrap the bacon slices around the pork chops and place them in a baking dish.
5. Prepare the sauce by mixing together the heavy cream, spiced rum, sage leaves, and grated Parmesan cheese.
6. Pour the sauce over the pork chops in the baking dish.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
8. Serve warm with potatoes or salad on the side.
