Serving size: 4-6 people

Ingredients:

- 1 can chickpeas
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3-4 marinated peppers
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 4-5 organic beets
- 100 g feta cheese
- 250 g kebabs
- 1 herb salad (e.g., lettuce, parsley, mint)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the chickpea dip: Rinse the chickpeas and place them in a blender. Add tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
2. Make the marinated peppers: Chop the marinated peppers and anchovy fillets into small pieces.
3. Roast the beets: Peel the beets and cut them into wedges. Roast in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30-40 minutes until tender.
4. Cook the kebabs: Grill or pan-fry the kebabs according to package instructions.
5. Arrange the platter: In a serving dish, place the chickpea dip, marinated peppers with anchovies, roasted beets, crumbled feta cheese, kebabs, and herb salad.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
