- Frozen peas
- Avocado
- Lime juice

- Ground lamb

Instructions:
1. Prepare the pea guacamole: Blend frozen peas, avocado, lime juice, garlic, and tahini together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
2. Make the carrot hummus: Blend cooked carrots with chickpeas, add tahini, and season.
3. Prepare the tabbouleh salad: Cook buckwheat and mix with chopped parsley. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper.
