Ingredients:
- 3 large oranges
- 1 red onion
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Peel the oranges and slice them into thin rounds.
2. Peel and slice the red onion into thin rings.
3. In a large bowl, combine the orange slices and red onion rings.
