Ingredients:
- 4 large oranges
- 1 red onion
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions:
1. Peel the oranges and cut them into slices or cubes.
2. Peel the red onion and slice it into thin rings.
3. In a large bowl, combine the orange slices, red onion, and pomegranate seeds.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
