A delightful innovation that combines the joy of sauna with the enjoyment of delicious burgers. This recipe allows you to make a tasty burger that absorbs the steam and aromas of the sauna.

Serving Size: 4 burgers

Ingredients:

- 4 burger buns
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 dl lettuce (e.g., iceberg lettuce)
- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
- 4 slices of cheese (e.g., cheddar)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grilling seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

1. Shape the ground beef into four patties and season with salt, pepper, and grilling seasoning.
2. Heat a grill or frying pan over medium heat. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
3. Add the cheese slices on top of the patties towards the end of grilling so they melt.
4. Slice the tomato and red onion into thin rings.
5. Assemble the burgers: Open the buns and spread mayonnaise on the bottom. Add lettuce, the cheese-covered patty, slices of tomato, and red onion. Place the top bun on.
6. Enjoy the burgers in the sauna or after your sauna session!
