Ingredients:
- 8 slices of bresaola (air-dried beef) - 1 tbsp grated Grana Padana cheese
- 1 lemon (juice and wedges for garnish)
- Black pepper to taste
- A few drops of Worcestershire sauce
- A pinch of salt
- ½ lemon juice
- High-quality extra virgin olive oil
- 1½ tsp coarse Dijon mustard
- Arugula salad
- Pesto dressing
Instructions:
1. Arrange the bresaola slices on a large plate. 2. Squeeze some lemon juice over the slices and add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the bresaola.
4. Sprinkle grated Grana Padana cheese on top.
5. Add arugula salad to the plate and season with salt, black pepper, and Dijon mustard.
6. Serve the dish with lemon wedges and pesto dressing on the side.
