A fun and simple appetizer idea. Slices of cured meat filled with a fruity cheese mixture resemble ravioli.Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 100 g bresaola- 100 g prosciutto
- 150 g cream cheese
- 50 g fresh pineapple (or other fruit)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the fruity cheese filling: chop the pineapple into small cubes and mix it with the cream cheese, honey, and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper.2. Take a slice of bresaola and spread about 1 tablespoon of the cheese filling on it.
3. Cover the cheese filling with a slice of prosciutto, ensuring the filling is hidden.
4. Carefully flip the "ravioli" over and place it on a serving plate.
5. Repeat the process with the remaining slices.
6. Serve immediately as a refreshing appetizer.
