Bresaola Pasta

A delicious pasta dish that combines air-dried beef with pasta for a quick weeknight dinner. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g. spaghetti or fettuccine) - 100 g bresaola, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 50 g parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 dl fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain the pasta and reserve a little cooking water. 2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
3. Add the drained pasta to the pan and mix well. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved cooking water.
4. Add bresaola, grated parmesan cheese, and chopped basil. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice if desired.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
