Delicious Tomato-Mozzarella Salad

A light and refreshing salad perfect for summer days or as a side dish. Preparation time: 15 minutes. Serving size: 4.Ingredients:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 250 g fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 dl fresh basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the tomatoes and slice them.
2. Slice the mozzarella cheese as well.
3. Alternate layers of tomato and mozzarella slices on a plate.
4. Sprinkle fresh basil over the slices.
5. In a bowl, mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then drizzle over the salad.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve immediately.
