- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into long strips.
2. Rinse the potato strips in cold water and dry them thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
3. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F).
4. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
5. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping them once during cooking for even browning.
7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
