These crispy and delicious French fries are made through three frying stages, ensuring perfect texture and flavor.

Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 kg potatoes (e.g., starchy potatoes)
- Salt
- Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

1. Peel and cut the potatoes into long strips. Rinse the potatoes in cold water to remove excess starch.
2. Soak the potato strips in water for about 30 minutes to help achieve a crispy texture.
3. Dry the potatoes thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
4. Heat oil in a deep frying pot or fryer to 160°C (320°F).
5. Fry the potatoes in small batches for about 5-6 minutes, until soft but not browned yet.
6. Remove the potatoes from the oil and let them cool for about 10 minutes.
7. Increase the oil temperature to 180°C (356°F).
8. Fry the potatoes again in small batches for about 3-4 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
9. Transfer the finished fries to a paper towel to drain excess oil.
10. Season with salt and serve immediately.
