Ingredients:

- 500 g beef (cubed)
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 3-4 potatoes (cubed)
- 3-4 carrots (sliced)
- 2 celery stalks (sliced)
- 1.5 liters beef broth
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a large pot and add the beef. Sear the meat until it is browned.
2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes soft.
3. Add the potatoes, carrots, and celery to the pot. Mix well.
4. Pour the beef broth into the pot and add the bay leaves.
5. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat. Cover and simmer for about 1 hour, until the meat and vegetables are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove the bay leaves before serving.
7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
