A traditional festive dish that adds color and flavor to your celebration table. This recipe combines delicious ingredients, perfect to accompany herring caviar and rye bread. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 people
Ingredients:
- 600 g potatoes - 150 g pickles
- 100 g red onion
- 150 g peas (fresh or frozen)
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes with their skins in salted water until tender. Let them cool and then peel. 2. Cut the cooled potatoes into cubes and place them in a bowl.
3. Finely chop the pickles and red onion, then add them to the bowl with the potatoes.
4. Add the peas to the bowl.
5. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Pour the dressing over the potatoes and other ingredients, and gently mix.
7. Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
8. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
