A refreshing and colorful salad combining crisp greens, sweet honey melon, creamy avocado, and crunchy bell pepper. Perfect for a light lunch or as a side dish. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 head of oak leaf lettuce
- 1 head of butter lettuce
- 1 bunch of arugula
- 1 sweet red bell pepper
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 honey melon
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Rinse and dry the lettuces. Tear the iceberg lettuce, oak leaf lettuce, butter lettuce, and arugula into a large bowl.
2. Rinse and slice the red bell pepper into strips, then add it to the salad bowl.
3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel. Slice the avocado and add it to the salad.
4. Halve the honey melon and remove the seeds. Cut the melon into cubes and add it to the salad.
5. Squeeze lime juice over the salad and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Gently toss all the ingredients together and serve immediately.
