A delicious Greek-style cheesecake that combines the flavors of honey and fresh berries. Baked to perfection, this cake is an ideal dessert for gatherings or weekend indulgence.

Serving Size: 8-10 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 600 g fresh Greek yogurt
- 300 g plain cream cheese
- 150 g honey
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 23 cm (9 inch) springform pan.
3. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
4. Pour the cheese mixture over the biscuit base.
5. Bake the cheesecake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes, until set and golden on top.
6. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
7. Before serving, garnish with fresh berries.
