Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries - 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
Instructions:
1. Rinse all the berries thoroughly and drain them. 2. Cut the pineapple into small cubes.
3. Combine the berries and pineapple in a large bowl.
4. Squeeze the lime juice over the berries.
5. Add honey and gently mix to avoid crushing the berries.
6. Sprinkle the chopped mint over the salad and toss lightly.
7. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for a bit before serving.
