Ingredients:

- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1 peeled cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 100 g olives
- 150 g feta cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp oregano or thyme

Instructions:

1. Chop the tomatoes, peeled cucumber, and bell pepper into a salad bowl.
2. Add thinly sliced red onion and olives.
3. Crumble feta cheese on top.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice or vinegar.
5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano or thyme.
6. Allow the salad to sit for about 10 minutes to let the flavors meld.
7. Serve with fresh bread.
