This delicious moose burger is the perfect combination of flavor and richness. While it is a decadent treat, it is easy and quick to make.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground moose meat
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl cream
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheese (e.g., cheddar)
- Lettuce, tomato, and cucumber for toppings
- Ketchup and mayonnaise
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the ground moose meat, breadcrumbs, cream, onion, egg, salt, and black pepper.
2. Shape the mixture into four patties.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are cooked through.
4. Place the cheese slices on top of the patties and cover the pan with a lid to melt the cheese.
5. At the same time, lightly toast the hamburger buns until golden brown.
6. Assemble the burgers: place lettuce on the bottom bun, add the cheese-topped patty, sliced tomato, and cucumber. Add ketchup and mayonnaise to taste.
7. Cover the burger with the top bun and serve immediately.
