Ingredients
- 2 dl spelt flour - 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter or oil
- (optional: berries or fruits for topping)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix together the spelt flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. 2. Add the milk, egg, and melted butter. Stir until the batter is smooth.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
4. Pour about 1/4 dl of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another minute on the other side.
6. Serve warm with berries or fruits on top.
