A delicious and rich pasta dish that comes together quickly, perfect for a weeknight dinner. The pasta is combined with a creamy spinach sauce that is both nutritious and flavorful.

Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or spaghetti)
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (optional for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté for about 3-4 minutes until soft.
4. Add fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.
5. Pour the heavy cream into the pan and stir well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
6. Mix the drained pasta into the sauce and add a bit of reserved pasta water if needed for desired consistency.
7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well and heat through for a moment.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
