Ingredients:
- 1 slice of medium sourdough bread - 1 tsp margarine (40% fat)
- 1 slice of Emmental cheese (27-30% fat, red label)
- 2 slices of tomato
Instructions:
1. Take the slice of sourdough bread and spread margarine evenly on top. 2. Place the slice of Emmental cheese over the margarine.
3. Arrange the tomato slices on top of the cheese.
4. Enjoy immediately while fresh!
