Delicious Potato-Chicken Dumplings

Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 2 cups sour cream
- 500 g chicken
- 1 onion
- Spices to taste (e.g., salt, pepper, paprika)
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and mash them.
2. Dice the chicken and onion. Sauté them in a pan until the chicken is cooked through and the onion is soft.
3. Combine the mashed potatoes, sautéed chicken and onion, and sour cream in a bowl. Add spices to taste.
4. Take portions of the mixture and shape them into dumplings.
5. Fry the dumplings in a pan or bake them in the oven until golden brown.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
