Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 2 chicken breasts
- 200 g fresh broccoli
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Add the broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain the pasta and broccoli.
2. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are done, about 5-7 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir well and heat until the sauce is smooth.
5. Add the drained pasta and broccoli to the skillet. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil.
