Delicious Cheesecake

Preparation Time: 30 minutes (plus chilling time) Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- Crust
- 100 g margarine
- 30 small oat biscuits
- Filling
- 4 gelatin sheets
- 2 dl cream
- 2 dl vanilla cream cheese
- 75-100 g sugar (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Crumble the oat biscuits into fine crumbs and melt the margarine. Mix the biscuit crumbs with the melted margarine.
2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate to cool.
3. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes.
4. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then fold in the vanilla cream cheese and sugar.
5. Heat a small amount of water in a saucepan and gently dissolve the gelatin sheets. Add the gelatin to the mixture and stir well.
6. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the surface.
7. Allow the cheesecake to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
8. Decorate as desired before serving.
