Ingredients
- 4 dl cooking cream (5% fat) - 4 tsp dark rice (uncooked weight)
- 450 g canned mushrooms
- 400 g honey-marinated chicken strips
- Soy sauce to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the dark rice according to the package instructions. You may omit salt or reduce it, as soy sauce will add enough flavor to the rice. 2. In a skillet, cook the honey-marinated chicken strips until golden brown.
3. Add the canned mushrooms and cooking cream to the skillet with the chicken.
4. Mix well and let simmer for a few minutes until all ingredients are heated through.
5. Season with soy sauce to taste and serve with dark rice.
