Delicious cannelloni filled with a creamy mushroom filling, perfect for a comforting meal. Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g mushrooms
- 4 cl brandy
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- ½ l milk
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 16 ready-to-fill cannelloni tubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add the mushrooms. Sauté until they are cooked.
3. Add the brandy and let it evaporate.
4. Sprinkle the flour into the pan and mix well.
5. Gradually pour in the milk while stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
6. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until the cheese melts.
7. Fill the cannelloni tubes with the mushroom mixture.
8. Place the filled cannelloni in a baking dish.
9. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, until the cannelloni are hot and the top is beautifully golden brown.
10. Serve warm.
