Ingredients:
- 200 g fresh salad leaves (e.g., romaine or baby spinach) - 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse and dry the salad leaves. 2. Place the salad leaves in a large bowl.
