Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes - 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 small red onion
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the mangoes into small cubes. 2. Slice the cucumber, red bell pepper, and red onion.
3. Combine all the vegetables and mango in a large bowl.
4. Squeeze the lime juice into the bowl and add the olive oil and honey.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
