A delicious Balinese chocolate cake that combines raw cacao, cashews, and coconut palm sugar for a unique sweet experience. Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 200 g Balinese raw cacao
- 150 g Balinese cashews
- 100 g coconut palm sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a bowl, mix together the raw cacao, coconut palm sugar, salt, and baking powder.
3. Add the eggs, coconut milk, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Mix well until the batter is smooth.
4. Roughly chop the cashews and fold them into the batter.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
6. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cake is cooked through.
7. Allow the cake to cool in the pan before serving.
