Ingredients:
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 100 g vanilla-flavored soy pudding
- 1 ripe mango
- 50 g pistachios
- A pinch of cardamom
- (Optional sweetener or fruit sugar to taste)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and vanilla pudding until smooth.
2. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small cubes.
3. Add the mango cubes and chopped pistachios to the yogurt-pudding mixture.
4. Season the mixture with cardamom and, if desired, sweeten to taste.
5. Serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator before serving.
