A refreshing and crunchy salad with the sweetness of mango and the zing of ginger.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 mango
- 200 g (2 pieces) white cabbage
- 2 carrots
- 0.25 tsp sesame seeds
- 0.25 tsp lime juice
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Grate the white cabbage, peeled mango, and carrots using a food processor or by hand.
2. Squeeze the juice from the lime and add it to the grated mixture.
3. Grate the fresh ginger into the mixture and add the ground black pepper.
4. Mix all ingredients well until combined.
5. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan, being careful not to burn them.
6. Sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds on top of the salad and serve.
