Ingredients:
- 500 g green cabbage
- 2 tbsp black pepper, ground
- 100 g light salad dressing
- 1 leek
Instructions:
1. Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage and shred it coarsely.
2. Slice the leek lengthwise, rinse well, and cut into half-moons.
3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and sliced leek.
4. Add the light salad dressing and ground black pepper, and mix well.
5. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
