A delicious and refreshing side dish combining cabbage, carrots, and green apple. Perfect with grilled foods and easy to prepare. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6
Ingredients:
- ½ fennel bulb- 200 g young cabbage
- 2 small carrots
- 1 green apple
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Thinly slice the fennel and young cabbage.2. Julienne the carrots.
3. Cut the green apple into thin slices (wash the apple well before slicing).
4. Prepare the dressing by mixing the mayonnaise, sour cream, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
5. Combine the dressing with the salad ingredients.
6. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
