Ingredients:

- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 avocado
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tomato
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Toast the whole grain bread slices to your liking.
2. Cook the eggs according to your preference (soft-boiled or hard-boiled).
3. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Mash the avocado with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
4. Slice the tomato.
5. Spread the cream cheese on the toasted bread.
6. Top the cream cheese with the mashed avocado.
7. Place the sliced tomato and cooked eggs on top of the avocado.
8. Drizzle olive oil over the top and garnish with fresh herbs.
