A delicious Italian ragù that's perfect for autumn, easily made in one pot. This flavorful sauce pairs wonderfully with pasta and Parmesan, ready to enjoy in no time. Preparation Time: 2.5 hours

Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef - 1 onion
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 100 ml olive oil
- 200 ml ketchup
- ½-1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp white pepper
- 100 ml red wine
Instructions:
1. Crumble the ground beef into an oven-safe pot with a lid. 2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves.
3. Add the chopped onion, garlic, olive oil, ketchup, salt, white pepper, and red wine to the pot.
4. Cover with a lid and cook the sauce in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve the ragù over pasta, garnished with fresh basil and plenty of Parmesan cheese.
