A quick and colorful vegetable stir-fry packed with flavors. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add zucchini and snap peas, continue to stir-fry for another 3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
5. Pour in soy sauce and toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
6. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
7. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
