These delicious flapjacks are the perfect snack for work or school, and they also pair well with coffee. They are made with butter and sugar, making them a delightful treat!

Serving Size: 12 pieces

Ingredients:

- 200 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 250 g oats
- 100 g honey or syrup
- 100 g dried fruits or nuts (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter, sugar, and honey over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
3. Add the oats, vanilla sugar, and salt to the mixture. Stir well.
4. If using dried fruits or nuts, add them now and mix thoroughly.
5. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and level the top.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
7. Allow to cool before cutting into pieces.
