Delicious and easy-to-make side dish. Preparation time: 30 minutes. Serves: 4.
Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips.
3. Place the potato strips in a bowl and add the olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and rosemary. Toss well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
4. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the fries are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
